I am an American physician who had a bad experience with investing in a real estate development in Dubai many years ago. I am seeking your help to find the developer who committed a fraudulent act on myself and another American physician and engineer. He has disappeared and is not answering phone calls. However, he is still in Dubai. He still owes us a significant amount of money that he used for development but he did not give us any apartments or shares.
